- SOURCES SOUGHT ANNOUNCEMENT ONLY: The United States Army Special Operations Command (USASOC) - Contracting Office, located at Fort Bragg, North Carolina, is conducting market research to determine the existence of interested small business sources capable of providing all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform Psychological Assessment Support.� The requirement is in support of the USASOC Directorate of Psychological Applications (DPA) in support of the Army Special Operations Forces (ARSOF).� The required services include, but are not limited to, support for personnel assessment, selection, training and development processes, as specified in the attached DRAFT Performance Work Statement (Reference Number: H92239-20-R-0005) can be downloaded from the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) website, please access the �ALL FILES� field and click on the hyperlink �DRAFTPWS� PDF file.� This is not a Request for Proposals, but instead a market research method to determine interested sources prior to issuing the solicitation. The anticipated period of performance is a one (1) year base period plus four (4) one-year option periods.� The purpose of this Sources Sought Notice is to obtain an indication of interest from the small business community, and obtain voluntary limited capability information of those interested sources. A determination by the Government on the method of competing this requirement has not been made. Based upon information currently available, the Government anticipates fulfilling this requirement through a small business set-aside. The Government will not award a contract based on this Sources Sought Notice, the information received, nor reimburse participants for information they provide. Information provided is strictly voluntary. This is not a Request for technical/management proposals.� If you are an interested source and capable of fulfilling this entire requirement, please provide the following: 1) Company name and Point of Contact; 2) DUNS number and CAGE code; 3) Socioeconomic Status (to include 8(a), HUBZone, SDVOSB, etc.), if applicable; 4) Security Clearance Level; and 5) A brief Statement of Capability (no more than 10 pages); which responds to the following questions, demonstrates the ability to meet the requirements specified in the PWS, and includes any Past Performance information on Government contracts of similar size and scope within the past three (3) years. 1.�� Does your company possess and maintain a TOP SECRET facility clearance from the Defense Security Services?� 2.� Please describe your company�s knowledge and operation experience your workforce has in psychological support services to include program development, program execution and program validation to include education. 3.� Please describe your company�s quality assurance program to ensure high quality deliverables. 4. How many operational psychologists are currently in your company? 5. What credentials are required to become an operational psychologist at your company? 6.� Please describe your company�s approach to handling inconsistent workloads as it is not uncommon for the workload to vary from time to time. The intended NAICS code is 621330, Offices of Mental Health Practitioners (except Physicians), with a size standard of $8M. No requests for capability briefings will be honored as a result of this notice.� Information provided will not be used as a part of any subsequent solicitation requirement.� Interested sources who submit data are responsible for appropriately marking information if it is proprietary in nature.� No feedback will be provided regarding individual capabilities statements.� No reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this announcement and/or any follow-up information requests.� Capability statements are due no later than 1:00 PM EST on Friday, April 02, 2020.
