Description

The U.S. Coast Guard Academy (USCGA) in New London, CT intents to award sole source contract, under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. This is not a request for quotes; a solicitation package will not be issued. The U.S. Coast Guard Academy intends to award a contract under Simplified Acquisition Procedures to Connecticut Educational Network (CEN) for .edu internet access at the Coast Guard Academy for its Academic 20/21 school year. CEN is the only network provider able to provide .edu internet service in the State of Connecticut. This annual subscription access is proprietarily sold and not available through other resellers.� FAR 6.302-1 only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.
