Description

The Navajo Area Indian Health Service (NAIHS), Gallup Indian Medical Center in Gallup, New Mexico intend to award sole source firm-fixed-price contract to MCG Health, LLC. for Software License Renewal. Estimated contract award to be $52,086.01. NAICS 511210 applies. Period of Performance from Date of Award through December 31, 2020. The statutory authority permitting other than full and open competition is 41 U.S.C. 3304(a)(1) FAR 6.302-1, Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The Contractor, MCG Health, LLC is the only organization uniquely qualified to provide the requested services for Software License Renewal - Inpatient and Surgical Care accessed via Web and hosted formats. General Recovery Care accessed via Web and Hosted formats. Ambulatory Care accessed via Web and Hosted formats, Patient Information accessed via Web and Hosted formats, CareWebQI Standalone accessed via Hosted format, CareWebQI Medical Management Module accessed via Hosted format.� The notice of intent to award a sole source contract is not a request for competitive quotes. There will be no solicitation available for competitive quotes. Phone calls will not be accepted. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government, would not be cost or time prohibitive, and would not hinder the mission object of the agency. If no affirmative written response is received by 1:00 P.M. Mountain Standard Time (MST) March 26, 2020 the contract will be issued without further notice. A determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement in the future. Responses may be emailed to adrian.segay@ihs.gov by the deadline stated above. All Vendors are hereby notified that if your response is not received by the date and specified in this notice, it will not be considered. Confidentiality: No proprietary, classified, confidential, or sensitive information should be included in your response. The Government reserves the right to use any non-proprietary technical information in any resultant solicitation(s).
