Description

INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE ACQUISITION The Internal Revenue Service (IRS) intends to award a sole source purchase order to Mergent Online for Mergent�s Online Global Database Enterprise License for US and International Company Data for 6 Concurrent Users, Manuals of CD-ROM (4x per year updates) and Domestic and International Excel Spreadsheets (4x per year) Subscription Renewal. The authority permitting a sole source acquisition is FAR 6.302-1, �Only One Responsible Source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirement�. The period of performance for this software is 04/01/2020 � 03/31/2021. The company data provided by this vendor, Mergent Online are the only data that meets the IRS, Statistics of Income Division (SOI) for in-depth review and analysis of domestic and international corporations. Continued use of the Mergent data would provide the SOI Division with the same high-quality level of research in publishing corporation statistics.
