Description

The purpose of this posting is to allow interested vendors the opportunity to review the draft Performance Work Statement for the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS), National Records Center (NRC), Records Operations Support Services (ROSS) requirement, and to provide feedback.� �The issuance of this draft�PWS is for planning purposes only and does not commit the Government to any contractual agreements or arrangements. �Proposals are not being solicited under this announcement.� No entitlement or payment of direct or indirect costs or charges will arise as a result of submission of responses to this Notice. USCIS intends on issuing a solicitation for ROSS during the second quarter of FY2020, but there is no guarantee that Government requirements will not change.� At this time, USCIS intends to issue the solicitation to 8(a) small business vendors and anticipates using NAICS 561110. USCIS encourages industry to submit comments regarding any and all contents of the draft PWS by COB Monday, March 30, 2020 to Sarah Rizner, Sarah.E.Rizner@uscis.dhs.gov, and Billy Wilson, William.C.Wilson@uscis.dhs.gov.� USCIS will consider the feedback provided and intends to improve the PWS based on the feedback. USCIS will not be answering questions at this time; only comments or suggestions will be considered. No telephonic inquiries will be accepted; all responses and feedback regarding this requirement must be provided in writing to the email provided.
