- Description
- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included with this notice.� This announcement constitutes only the solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.� The solicitation number is W50S8A-20-Q-0007, and is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ), unless otherwise indicated herein.� The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2019-05.� The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code is 811310- Commercial and Industrial Machinery, a small business size standard of $8.0M.� This requirement is 100% set-aside for small business, and only qualified vendors may submit quotes.� The solicitation will start on the date the solicitation is posted and will end on 20 March 2020 at 1600 (4:00 PM) EST.�� All services shall be rendered at Bldg. 262 on Pease Air National Guard Base in Newington, New Hampshire. The period of performance is 1 through 5 June 2020 as the building is under construction. The NH Air National Guard requires the following Services: CLIN 0001:� Labor, 1 JOB CLIN 0002:� Rental equipment if any (if needed) CLIN0003: Misc supplies and equipment�(if needed) CLIN0004: CRMA Fee All CLINs IAW SOW Quotes submitted must be valid for at least sixty (60) days.� Interested potential offerors are advised that the Government intends to hold a site-visit on 16 March 2020 at 12:00 noon.� While not mandatory, the Government strongly encourages that interested parties attend prior to submitting their offers.�� Please submit all technical or contractual questions in writing via email no later than 11:00 AM EST on 19 March 2020 to matthew.r.lapointe.mil@mail.mil.� Telephone inquiries will not be accepted.� If the Government responses to technical questions affect the Statement of Work, an amendment to the solicitation will be issued.�� Please include your company�s legal name and the solicitation number, W50S8A-20-Q-0007, in the subject of the email along with brief information about the nature of your question.� For example, the subject of your email should be similar to the following: Quote Submission by Company XXXXX, Solicitation Number W912TF-20-Q-0007 Company XXXXX Question Regarding Solicitation Number W912TF-20-Q-0007 All responses are due by email to matthew.r.lapointe.mil@mail.mil no later than 1600 (4:00 PM) EST on 20 March 2020. This solicitation requires registration with the System for Award Management (SAM) in order to be considered for award, pursuant to applicable regulations and guidelines.
