- Amendment 0004: Solicitation amendment 0003 is released to provide an alternative option for JCP certified offerors to obtain access to the Distribution Statement D drawing, due to beta SAM technical issues.� Please see the solicitation amendment 0003 for further information. Solicitation amendment 0003: Due to technical issues with the beta.sam system, the Government is re-uploading Drawing number 8725017. Offerors are reminded that in order to access distribution statement D drawings, Offerors shall hold an active JCP Certification. See the solicitation for additional information. Solicitation amendment 0002 posted 3/11/2020 Solicitation amendment posted 2/27/2020 In accordance with FAR 5.202(a)(13) the requirement for synopsis has been waived. The solicitation, N66604-20-Q-0578, is released and is attached as a part of this notice.
