- COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial service prepared in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.102 (g) and with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; Proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation number is a Request for Proposals (RFP). This solicitation document incorporates all mandatory commercial item provisions and clauses that are in effect through all Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and other directive material contained in FAC 2020-02 is effective November 22, 2019 except for FAR Case 2013-002, which is effective December 23, 2019. The following two (2) The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) codes are applicable as follows: The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code 541519, and the small business size standard is $30 million. This procurement is set-aside for exclusively for small business concerns. This procurement is set-aside for exclusively for small business concerns. Offerors are invited to submit their proposals in response to this notice by 5:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (EST), Friday , March 20, 2020 to Carlos.Kinsman@irs.gov. All questions must be submitted to Carlos.Kinsman@irs.gov by 5:00 PM EST, Wednesday, March 12, 2020.and via BetaSAM.gov. The Internal Revenue Service Office of Procurement intends to award one Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Contract for the Support Services for Employees with Disabilities (SSED) Contract to the offeror that represents the Best Value to the Government using lowest price technically acceptable (LPTA). In order to be technically acceptable vendor shall meet the evaluation factors set forth in this solicitation.
