- The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 21 intends to award on a sole source basis in accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b), soliciting from a single source with LabLogic Systems, Inc, 1911 North US Highway 301, Suite 140, Tampa, FL 33619. This will be a base plus four option year contract to perform OEM recommended preventive maintenance and provide technical support on one Model Number AH-15XX-23, Automated Gamma Counter. All parts are to be provided by OEM due to proprietary parts and software. NAICS Code is 811219, Size Standard is $22 Million. This service shall be performed at the San Francisco VA Medical Center, 4150 Clement St, Building 203, San Francisco, CA 94121. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. No solicitation package is available. Any response to this notice must show an authorized letter from the OEM with clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government. A determination not to compete this requirement is solely within the discretion of the Government. Responses must be received no later than Friday, March 20, 2020 @ 11:00am (HST). (See draft Statement of Work) STATEMENT OF WORK Support and Maintenance Service for Hidex AMG Gamma Counting Machine San Francisco Veterans Affairs Health Care System General: The Contractor shall provide the following services for our product under the cover of a comprehensive annual maintenance contract: Priority response for repair Unlimited call outs, including all parts, labor and travel expenses Annual preventative maintenance visit system performance checks Instrument consumables, e.g., flow cells, offered at reduced costs Telephone and e-mail support 2.0 Scope of Work: The Contractor shall ensure the instrument is in working order and that all maintenance meets or exceeds performance standards specified in the manufacturer s manual. Period of Performance: Base year: May 1, 2020 through Apr 30, 2021 (Plus 4 option years) 4.0 Hours of Operation and Location: Monday thru Friday 8:00 am to 4:30 pm at this location, SFVAHCS. Contractor Responsibilities and Tasks: The Contractor shall provide qualified technicians who shall perform in a professional manner in accordance to industry standards and VA local policies. At the conclusion of each requested service or scheduled upgrade, the Contractor shall provide a written service report indicating the date of service, name of technician or staff that performed the work, and the service performed. The reports shall be delivered to the COR. 6.0 Personnel Qualification: The Contractor must be qualified to work on all components of the instrument. 7.0 Security Consideration. All VA policies shall be followed, and the contractor shall not come into contact with VA sensitive information. 8.0 Point of Contact: COR Contracting Officer Representative The identity of COR will be provided to the Contractor upon award.
