- NAWCAD has a requirement for Part Number SVC-1020STC-R Premium support 1 Year Renewal for the SPIRENT TestCenter System, and SVC1320STC TestCenter Legacy Assurance Hardware Repair.� NAWCAD intends to solicit on a sole source basis this requirement from EC America, the Spirent authroized distributor for Government Sales. Additional vendors if they are qualified to provide this service may inquire with a letter that explains their qualification to be considered, and it will be reviewed by NAWCAD engineers.� NAWCAD reserves the right to determine if a vendor is qualifed.� This Advertisement is not a promise to award, nor will any vendor providing information be eligible for payment for providing their information.
