Description

This is a SOLE SOURCE Special Notice within the Simplified Acquisition Threshold.�This procurement is entered into citing Other Than Full and Open Competition pursuant to the authority of Title 41 USA 253 (c), as implemented by the Federal Acquisition Regulation, ""Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements."" The work covered under this sole source�requirement is to obtain services to provide the Office of Working Capital Fund and Transit Benefits a continuation of training in team building and communication to support based on the evaluation tool developed and managed by Birkman International Inc.
