- SUBJECT:� Industrial Hygiene Equipment Calibration and Repair for the U.S. Army Public Health Center THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS (RFP) OR A REQUEST FOR QUOTATIONS (RFQ); IT IS STRICTLY A REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI). NEITHER UNSOLICITED PROPOSALS NOR ANY OTHER KINDS OF OFFERS WILL BE CONSIDERED IN RESPONSE TO THIS RFI. NO CONTRACT WILL BE AWARDED PURSUANT TO THIS ANNOUNCEMENT. � 1.0� DISCLAIMER: This RFI is issued solely for information and planning purposes and does not constitute a solicitation. Neither unsolicited proposals nor any other kind of offers will be considered in response to this RFI. Responses to this notice are not offers and will not be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract. Responders are solely responsible for all expenses associated with responding to this RFI. All information received in response to this RFI that is marked Proprietary will be handled accordingly. Responses to the RFI will not be returned. At this time, questions concerning the composition and requirements for a future RFP will not be entertained. � 2.0 SUBJECT:� The U.S. Army Public Health Center (APHC) is a world-class provider of public health services across DA and DoD. The APHC institutional and operational missions encompasses measures to protect, promote, improve, or conserve the mental and physical well-being of Soldiers, DA Civilians, Family, Military Working Dogs and other animals. The below services requirement supports the U.S, Army Medical Command (MEDCOM) Industrial Hygiene/Occupational Health Hiring Initiative. 3.0 BACKGROUND:� �Part of the APHC�s mission is medical surveillance and occupational and environmental health (OEH) surveillance.� The APHC has a requirement for a non-personal services maintenance contract for all MEDCOM industrial hygiene equipment purchased in support of the MEDCOM Industrial Hygiene/Occupational Health Hiring Initiative.� The Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) of the equipment is GrayWolf Sensing Solutions, LLC. 4.0 RESPONSE INSTRUCTIONS:� �Respondents should address the following in their capabilities statement:�� The Contractor shall be capable of performing the scope of this effort to provide calibration and maintenance to: �include one annual calibration per piece of equipment, one new ozone sensor per year -per piece of equipment at time of calibration, and new sensors (as required) if below 80% functionality at time of calibration, and repair of equipment as needed to restore to full functionality. 5.0 CONTACT INFORMATION:� ��All information regarding Capabilities Statements or any other proprietary information relative to this RFI shall be submitted via email to brenda.i.mena.civ@mail.mil no later than _27 March 2020,�� NLT 1100 pm EST.___
