The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division (NSWCDD), intends to procure on a sole source basis from Phasics Corporation, 600 California St ï¿½ 11th Flr, San Francisco, CA 94108-2727 for the purchase of a Wavefront Sensor package as listed on the attached SF18, Request For Quote and associated statement of work (SOW).ï¿½ Please include shipping/freight cost to Dahlgren, VA 22448-5114. Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP) will be utilized for award in accordance with FAR Part 13.ï¿½ The order shall be firm fixed price.ï¿½ï¿½ All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency. At time of proposal submission please submit any historical data as well as published pricing.ï¿½ Award will be made based on Lowest Price Technically Acceptable. In order to be eligible for award, firms must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM).ï¿½ Offerors may obtain information on registration in SAM by calling 866-606-8220, or via the Internet at https://www.sam.gov.
