- COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION �COMBO� Eielson AFB Avionics Cooling Units and Hoses (i)�� �This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii)�� �Solicitation FA5004-20-Q-0015 is a Request for Quotation (RFQ). (iii)�� �See attached Standard Form (SF) 1449 document for applicable clauses and provisions. FAR Provision 52.212-1 will provide instructions to offerors for submission of quotes while 52.212-2 will provide the evaluation criteria. Evaluation criteria for this requirement is Price and Technical Capability. The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible vendor whose quote will be most advantageous to the Government with respect to these two provisions. A responsive quote will consist of a completed SF1449, and any pertinent technical information such as product specifications as specified in FAR Provision 52.212-2.� (iv)�� �This requirement is solicited as a 100% total small business set aside. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code associated with this procurement is 332999 with a small business size standard of 750 employees. (v)�� �Vendors shall complete Attachment 1 in its entirety and return with any other documentation/data as required by this Combo. (vi)�� �The government intends to award a firm-fixed price contract for the following: See Attachment 1: Standard Form 1449 See Attachment 2: Aircraft Cooling Unit Hoses Requirement See Attachment 3: Engineering & Technical Data of ACU Valve Seal Surface Example See Attachment 4: Van Stone Flange Specifications See Attachment 5: Drawing of Flange End (vii)�� �Options- N/A (viii)�� �NOTICE TO ALL INTERESTED PARTIES:� a.�� �Questions shall be submitted electronically via email to SrA Jeffrey Harris at jeffrey.harris.22@us.af.mil or SSgt Brandon Tracer at brandon.tracer@us.af.mil.� b.�� �Quotes are due no later than 2PM Alaska Standard Time on 16 March 2020.
