Description

The USDA Forest Service, East Side Acquisition Team (ESAT), Helena-Lewis & Clark National Forest anticipates issuing a Request for Quote (RFQ) for a firm fixed price construction contract for the Rogers Pass Trailhead Improvement Project. The project site is�located just off Montana State Highway 200. All work is located on the Lincoln Ranger District of the Helena-Lewis and Clark National Forest. The project consists of clearing and grubbing, excavation and site grading, aggregate placement, and comfort station and sign installation at the Rogers Pass Trailhead. Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, tools, transportation, and supplies, necessary to perform all work described in accordance with drawings and specifications of the contract. It is anticipated that work can begin on or�about July 1, 2020. The contractor will have 60 days from the issuance of a Notice to Proceed to complete all required work.�All work�must be completed by September 30, 2020. This is a synopsis only. The solicitation and related documents will ONLY be available for download at website https://beta.sam.gov/ known as Contract Opportunities tentatively on or about March 23, 2020. No hard copies of the solicitation will be mailed out. Interested vendors should register to receive notifications through this site. NAICS: 237990, the size standard is $39.5 Million. This project is being solicited as a 100% set aside for Small Business. All work is to comply with local, Federal, and State codes and is subject to applicable wage rates. Solicitation number: 12034320Q0077.
