- The Sioux Falls, SD Veterans Administration Health Care System requires the following service; Hazardous Waste Removal and Disposal service; This solicitation will result in the establishment of an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) service contract containing a base year and four option years as specified below. These are anticipated dates. Period of performance Base Year 05/01/2020 - 04/30/2021 Option Year One 05/01/2021 - 04/30/2022 Option Year Two 05/01/2022 - 04/30/2023 Option Year Three 05/01/2023 - 04/30/2024 Option Year Four 05/01/2024 - 04/30/2025 *This procurement utilizes a ""Tiered Evaluation"" process. * See Provision 52.212-2 that contains Technical Requirements , offers submitted must satisfy each of the two technical requirements. See Para (b) containing Tiered Evaluations data, please read carefully. *Questions regarding this procurement must be submitted no later than 72 hours prior to the end of the solicitation period. *Subcontractors - The prime contractor shall provide information identifying subcontractors and services to be performed by the subcontractors. The prime contractor shall submit evidence that a subcontractor(s) is qualified and legally able to provide services. Quotes must contain subcontracting financial data citing the total value in dollars that will be utilized on services performed by subcontractor(s). The SFVAHCS intends to award a Firm Fixed Price Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity contract to a qualified firm with the capability and capacity to provide removal of hazardous chemical, hazardous waste pharmaceuticals, non-hazardous chemical, biological, empty chemical containers and dual chemical/biological waste. Contractor is required to categorize, package, transport, document and dispose of wastes from the SFVAHCS. For additional information, see the attached solicitation documents.
