- The Spectrum Efficient National Surveillance Radar (SENSR) Joint Program Office (JPO) is announcing that the following documents are available for eligible and interested vendors to request from the SENSR Contracting Officer (CO): Updated Draft SENSR Interim Program Requirements Document (iPRD) (For Official Use Only (FOUO)) Corresponding Coverage Volume (CV) Paths (FOUO) SENSR Concept of Operations (CONOPS) � Publicly Posted SENSR Spectrum Team (SST) Target Band Spectrum Regulatory Assessment � Publicly Posted Classified PRD Annex (SECRET) In accordance with DoD Directive 5230.9 (reference (f), Distribution Statement C, for Administrative or Operational use), the Updated PRD and CV Paths are For Official Use Only (FOUO) documents and are encrypted and passphrase protected. Prior to receiving access to this information, any vendors who wish to review this information must request the documents and passphrases from the SENSR CO no later than 12:00 EST Tuesday, February 11, 2020. Vendor requests must include the following: ����� Vendor name and address ����� Data Universal Numbering System (DUNS) number ����� Taxpayer Identification Number (TIN) REQUESTS FOR CLASSIFIED INFORMATION In the event your company wishes to obtain the SENSR Classified PRD Annex, please contact the SENSR Contracting Officer (CO), Troy Teachey, via e-mail at troy.teachey@faa.gov. Send CAGE code and company name for the facility to receive the classified Annex to Jay Greenbaum, Industrial Security Specialist, via e-mail at jay.greenbaum@faa.gov, for verification of facility clearance, authorized safeguarding level, and classified mailing address. All requests must be received by the submission deadline above. RESPONSES In consideration of this documentation, as well as any previous Request for Information (RFI) responses or communications, the SENSR JPO would like to discuss industry responses to the attached Portable Document File (.pdf) titled �February 2020: Industry Topics and Questions� during a series of one-to-one meetings with potential prime SENSR vendors and teams � these are tentatively targeted for late March 2020. More information regarding these one-to-one meetings will be in a forthcoming announcement, including RSVP instructions. In anticipation of these one-to-one meetings, potential prime SENSR vendors and teams may provide written responses and materials in response to this announcement. Responses must not exceed 30 pages; pages should single-sided, 8.5� x 11�, single spaced, and use 12 point font.� Industry responses to this announcement must be received by the Contracting Officer no later than 12:00 EST Friday, February 28, 2020. Any proprietary materials submitted in response to this announcement must be marked accordingly and will be protected by the Government to the fullest extent possible. The Government will not reimburse industry for any expenses incurred in reviewing and responding to this announcement and corresponding documents. The responses to this announcement will be used for informational purposes only. This is not a Screening Information Request (SIR) or Request for Proposal (RFP) of any kind. The Government is not seeking or accepting proposals at this time. CLASSIFICATION OF INFORMATION The attached DD254 issued on 28 June 2018 for the 2018 SENSR Government RFI is still valid for the purposes of this announcement and documents referenced herein, as there have been no changes to the security classification guidance. If your company�s response will contain classified national security information, please notify the Contracting Officer in writing prior to submission of the response. Such notification must be provided not later than 15 calendar days prior to your submission. Responders will include the anticipated classification level of their response in this notification.
