Description

The Indian Health Service, Yakama Service Unit, Toppenish, Washington intends to issue a modification to extend the service until June 2020 of Purchase Order No. XXXXXXXXX, as a single source to Virtual Radiologic Professionals of Texas, PA, 11995 Singletree Ln Ste 500 Eden Prairie, MD 55344-5349, for Tele-Radiology Interpretation Services for reading digital films as the only responsible source available in pursuant to FAR subpart 13-106(b).� � This will allow for continued coverage for the Yakama Service Unit Radiology Department which a replacement purchase order is being completed.� All responsible source may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the Agency. Responses to this notice shall be received no later than 10:00am, Pacific Standard Time, Monday, March 16, 2020.� No telephone inquiries will be accepted.� Responses must be directed to the Yakama Service Unit, Purchasing Agent, Stacy Hill, Stacy.Hill@ihs.gov.� The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) Code for this procurement is 621512, this U.S. industry is comprised of establishments known as diagnostic imaging centers primarily engaged in producing images of the patient generally on referral from a health practitioner.
