Description

Description. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR PART 12.6 and FAR Part 13 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). Quotes are due by MAR 16, 2020, 10:00 PM Eastern Standard Time. This solicitation incorporates the provisions and clauses that are in effect through the Federal Acquisition Register (FAR) Circular FAC 2020-02 effective date 12-23-2019. Only qualified offerors may submit quotes. This RFQ fulfills requirements for Republic of Singapore Air Force, Foreign Military Sales case SN-B-VGN, guidelines for International Agreements apply. This solicitation is a full and open competition under procedures listed in Far 6.302. Failure to submit your quote by the date and time specified may result in your quote being deemed non-responsive.
