U.S. GOVERNMENT General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: Florida City: Jacksonville Delineated Area: North: I-10 / I-95 / Adams Street / 228 (Hart Bridge Expressway) / Beach Blvd East: Interstate 295 S South: Interstate 295 East West: Highway 17 (Map enclosed) Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 6,592[H1]� Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 6,592 Space Type: Office Parking Spaces (Total): 16 Parking Spaces (Surface): 16 Parking Spaces (Structured): 0 Parking Spaces (Reserved): Full Term: 15 Firm Term: 10 Option Term: NA Additional Requirements[H2]�: Offered Space must be a contiguous block. 2,000 SF of requirement is for a warehouse component[H3]� which must: Be contiguous with office space, and Have minimum 9� wide by 9' tall garage opening with garage door. �Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease.� A fully serviced lease is required.� Government may consider separately metered utilities.� ��Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain.� Expressions of Interest Due: 04/03/2020 Market Survey (Estimated): TBD Offers Due(Estimated): TBD Occupancy (Estimated): TBD Expressions of interest must include the following information: Building name and address and location of the available space within the building Rentable square feet available, and expected rental rate per rentable square foot, fully serviced ABOA square feet to be offered, and expected rental rate per ABOA square foot, fully service. �Indicate whether the quoted rental rate includes an amount for tenant improvements and state the amount, if any.
