AMENDMENT 03.� Amendment 03 provides the LRIR-FRP Industry Day Questions & Answers and the Entrance Criteria. Response date is 13 March 2020; 4:00pm CST AMENDMENT 02. Amendment 02 provides the Industry Day Slides briefed and a copy of the list of attendees. AMENDMENT 01. The Industry Day Special Announcement FOR INTEGRATED FIRES AND MISSION COMMAND (IFMC) SYSTEM posted to Beta.sam.gov on Feb 5, 2020 is amended to reflect the following changes: �The Integrated Fires and Mission Command (IFMC) System is corrected to read �Integrated Battle Command System (IBCS). The Integrated Air and Missile Defense (IAMD) Project Office is corrected to read �Integrated Fires Mission Command (IFMC) Project Office�. The IFMC Major End Items are corrected to read� IBCS Major End Items. The Draft SOW (Revision 1) attached to the Industry Day Special Announcement posted to Beta.sam.gov on Feb 5, 2020 is updated to reflect correction from IFMC to IBCS. The Industry Day Notice posted to Beta.sam.gov on Feb 5, 2020 is removed and replaced with the following notice: � INDUSTRY DAY SYNOPSIS FOR THE INTEGRATED BATTLE COMMAND SYSTEM (IBCS) HARDWARE LOW RATE INITIAL PRODUCTION (LRIP)/FULL RATE PRODUCTION (FRP) NOTE: Hardware end items, which were previously referred to in a Request for Information/Sources Sought as the Integrated Air and Missile Defense (IAMD) Battle Command System (IBCS) will now simply be referred to as Integrated Battle Command System (IBCS).� The project office that manages the IBCS previously known as the Integrated Air and Missile Defense (IAMD) Program Office is henceforth known as the Integrated Fires Mission Command (IFMC) Project Office. DESCRIPTION: The Integrated Fires Mission Command (IFMC) Project Office will host an Industry Day on Tuesday, 3 March 2020, in Huntsville, Alabama, for the IBCS Hardware Low Rate Initial Production/Full Rate Production (LRIP/FRP) requirement.�The purpose of the Industry Day is to provide insight into requirements for the IBCS Hardware LRIP/FRP, engage in dialogue, address any questions concerning the requirement, and gain feedback from industry on the strategy. The major supplies and services to be acquired under the IBCS Hardware LRIP/FRP requirement are: Production and Integration of the IBCS Major End Items (MEI); Engineering Services for IBCS; Contractor Logistics Support; Travel and Material; as well as Foreign Military Sales Support for same.�The IBCS MEIs consist of the IBCS Engagement Operations Centers (EOCs), Engagement Center Trailer (ECT), IBCS Collaborative Environment (ICE), and Integrated Fire Control Network (IFCN) Relays. It is anticipated that the IBCS Hardware LRIP/FRP requirement will be a Full and Open Competition resulting in a Single Award Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity contract. WHERE: Toftoy Hall, Building 3495 Patton Rd SW, Redstone Arsenal, AL, and Building 3328, Redstone Arsenal, AL. Industry Day Topics will include:�IBCS Program Overview, Hardware Architecture Overview, IBCS Hardware LRIP/FRP Requirements Overview, Entrance Criteria, Draft Acquisition/Contract Strategy, Draft Evaluation Criteria.� There will be no one-on-one sessions.�Questions and feedback may be submitted during the Industry Day and also via email up to close of business the following day. DATE: Tuesday, 3 March 2020 TIME: Industry day will take place in two parts.�The information briefing to industry will be held at Toftoy Hall from 8:30 a.m. until 12:00 p.m. Central Time.�Industry members interested in viewing the IBCS Hardware will meet at Building 3328 at 1:00 p.m. Central Time; directions will be provided to attendees.�� REGISTRATION: � Each Company/Individual must pre-register to attend this event. Please complete the attached Personnel Identification Badge Request Form and email the completed form to Karen Miller at karen.d.miller42.civ@mail.mil, phone 256-313-3544. Please use subject line ""LRIP/FRP INDUSTRY DAY"".� Include the name of your company, full name for each attendee in the registration; attendees must have a Government issued photo ID which matches their name as listed on the registration to gain access. �Each vendor will be limited to three (3) attendees.The request must include all information requested for each individual planning to attend.�Registration requests after the deadline, to include walk-ins on the day of the conference, will not be accepted. A confirmation email will be sent and will provide direction to obtain access to Redstone Arsenal. � Each Company must complete the attached Industry Day Registration Form to indicate your request to attend the LRIP/FRP Industry Day Briefing and/or IBCS Hardware Tour.�Please provide the attached Industry Day Registration Form to CPT Marjorie Masias at marjorie.j.masias.mil@mail.mil, phone 256-313-8548. A confirmation email will be provided along with directions to Toftoy Hall and Building 3328. � There is no charge to attend this event. � Registration for the event will close 21 February 2020. GROUND RULES: � Attendees are permitted to take notes of the day's events; electronic recording devices may not be used. � The Government will not compensate industry participants for travel, lodging, or any other expenses associated with this Industry Day, unless authorized under preexisting contracts with the Government. � This announcement does not constitute an invitation for bids or a Request for Proposals (RFP) and is not a commitment by the Government to enter into any acquisition for any products or services. � This Industry Day is an avenue to inform industry of the activities of the LRIP/FRP. This event is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government to issue a subsequent solicitation (BAA, RFP, etc.).
