Description

This Request for Information (RFI)/Sources Sought Notice is issued for informational and planning purposes only. This is not a Request for a Quote (RFQ). It is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government to issue a solicitation or ultimately award a contract. Letterkenny Army Depot is currently conducting market research to locate qualified, experienced, and interested potential sources. Negative replies are also sought. Letterkenny Army Depot is seeking information concerning the availability of contractors to provide Materials and installation of modular office furniture as defined: 7 x Cubicles; 9 x Fabric Walls; 7 6� x 3� work Tables; 7 x Desk with sit/stand workstations; 7 x Desk with Overhead storage and Task Lighting; 8 x 1 drawer cabinet with Pencil drawer; 8 x 2 Drawer cabinets; 7 x 2� x 3� white boards; 7 x Cork Board 2� x 3�; 1 Conference Table with Seating for 10; 8 x Wood colored Personal lockers 18�� x 24�� x 6�; 19 x Visitor Chairs with wheels; 8 x Plastic floor mats; 8 x removable ergonomic standing mat; 1 x Desk with sit/stand work station approximately 2� x 4�; 1 x Desk with overhead storage (closing Doors) and task lighting approximately 2�x 4�; 1 x Standard Flat work desk approximately 2� x 4�; within 90 days from the award of the contract. Upon review of industry response to this Sources Sought Synopsis, the Government will determine whether to solicit on a sole source basis, whether to set-aside the acquisition or compete on a full and open basis. All contractors interested in supplying this service may indicate their interest in this potential acquisition by supplying responses that should include: (1)� Identification of company size status, certifications, i.e. 8(a), HUB Zone, SDVOSB, small business (2) Proof of experience and capability to manufacture and supply the parts listed in the attachment. (3)� Please indicate which NAICS code(s) your company usually performs under Government contracts. For the purposes of the RFI, the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 337214 Office Furniture (Except Wood). The small business size standard is 1000. If your firm is capable of the requirements described in this RFI, please provide a Capability Statement to Mr. Randy Allison, randy.s.allison.civ@mail.mil, by 12:30pm on Friday, 20 March 2020. The government plans to use the Internet and e-mail as the primary means of disseminating and exchanging information. Hard copies of documents posted on FBO will not be made available.
