Description

Naval Facilities Engineering Command Southwest, within the Department� of the Navy (�DON� or �Government�), is seeking information on how an interested entity/party could redevelop and/or otherwise use approximately 9.27 acres of land located in the southwest corner of Naval Weapons Station Seal Beach (NWSSB).� This property is just northeast of the Pacific Coast Highway and Seal Beach Boulevard intersection.� The entity should be interested in the potential to engage with the DON in a ground lease, where the interested entity would manage the property. THIS IS A REQUEST FOR INTEREST (RFI) ONLY.� This RFI is a market research tool issued to determine the availability and adequacy of potential business sources for the DON�s information and planning purposes. The DON will offer an Industry Forum, to include a presentation and site tour of the proposed project site at the Navy Golf Course located at 5660 Orangewood Ave, Cypress, California 90630 on Thursday April 23, 2020. All costs associated with the responder�s travel to the Industry Forum and site tour shall be at the responder�s sole expense as the DON is unable to reimburse such expenses.
