- SOURCES SOUGHT SYNOPSIS (SSS): Solicitation Number:���������������������� ������������ Notice Type: FA8251-20-R-AIS_PSI������������������������� ������� Sources Sought Synopsis/Market Research Synopsis: 1.� NOTICE:� This is not a solicitation but rather a Sources Sought, Request for Information (RFI). The responses received may determine potential sources. This notice is for information and planning purposes only and in no way binds the Government. The purpose of this Sources Sought is to conduct market research to determine if responsible sources exist, to assist in determining if this effort is competitive and/or a total Small Business Set-Aside.� The expected North American Industry Classification Systems (NAICS) Code is 541330, Engineering Services (Exception 1, Military and Aerospace Equipment and Military Weapons) which has a corresponding size standard of $41.5M.� The Government may use submitted information to determine an acquisition strategy for this procurement and for market research.� The Government intent is to identify small businesses to include but not limited to 8(a), Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned, HUBZone, and Women-Owned small business concerns.� The Government requests that interested parties respond to this notice if applicable and identify your small business status to the identified NAICS code.� Additionally, please provide any anticipated teaming arrangements, along with a brief description of similar services offered to the Government and commercial customers for the past three years.� Any responses involving teaming agreements should provide a percentage delineation of the work that will be accomplished by the prime and the work accomplished by the teaming partners.� 2.� Program Details: This program is established to provide independent, prime contractor-level Systems Engineering and Product Support Integration (PSI) of the Avionics Intermediate Shop (AIS), Improved AIS (IAIS), (herein after collectively referred to as �IAIS�) and support equipment acquisition and sustainment activities. Hill AFB is requesting non-manufacturing sources technically capable of providing Systems Engineering and PSI of the two support equipment Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) to conduct various acquisition, design, fabrication, and modification activities.� Respondents must demonstrate that they possess the experience and capability to assemble fully integrated teams to provide complete IAIS and support equipment capability in support of US and Foreign Military Sales (FMS) user requirements.� This includes, but is not limited to, all IAIS Automatic Test Equipment (ATE), all IAIS Test Program Set (TPS), hardware and software, support equipment, and associated systems software for Intermediate and Depot-level maintenance activities.� Respondents should demonstrate capability in providing Systems Engineering support and PSI of on-going IAIS TPS development efforts for aircraft line replaceable units such as the Selective Availability Anti-Spoofing Module (SAASM) Enhanced Global Positioning System Inertial Navigation System (EGI).� In addition to IAIS PSI experience, responses should demonstrate capability in providing PSI for systems such as the K400C Aircraft Generator, Variable Speed Constant Frequency Integrated Drive Generator, Constant Speed Drive Test Stand, and the Digital and Analog Test Stand (DATS) software development program.� IAIS/PSI requirements also include managing the development, acquisition, and delivery of Technical Orders (TOs), Support Equipment Recommendation Data (SERDs), and support equipment end items.� ��Complete re-procurement data packages may not be available for some types of equipment to be provided as part of the requirements.� SSS/RFI Response Part 1 � Contractor Description Overview Name of Company Point of Contact with phone number and e-mail address Size of Business according to North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 541330, Engineering Services - $41.5M (Exception 1, Military and Aerospace Equipment and Military Weapons) (a) Other suggested NAICS codes for this program and your size classification based on those codes Does your company possess the following certifications ISO-9001, ASI-9100, and CMMI?
