Description

URGENT Sources Sought Notice is for information and planning purposes only and is not a solicitation, obligation or commitment by the Great Plains Area Indian Health Service.� This notice is intended strictly for Market Research to determine the availability and technical capability of qualified vendors of fulfilling the requirements for the required services as set forth in the attached Statement of Work; The result of this market research will contribute to determining the method of procurement; The purpose of this notice is to gain knowledge of potential, qualified sources and their size classifications/socioeconomic status, preferably Small Business Indian Economic Firms and/or Small Business Firms in addition to Large Business Firms); .� This is a request for information only.� Again, this is NOT a solicitation for proposals, proposal abstracts or quotations; Service required is a Service & Maintenance Agreement for various General Electric Anesthesia Systems at multiple health care facilities throughout the Great Plains Area as depicted in the Statement of Work; Submission of any information in response to this market survey is purely voluntary. The federal government will not assume any financial responsibility for any costs incurred in responding to this notice; The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code and Classification Code are: NAICS: 811219 � Other Electronic and Precision Equipment Repair and Maintenance Classification Code J065 � Maintenance, Repair & Rebuilding of Equipment Based on the Responses to this Sources Sought Notice/Market Research, the information will be used by the Government to make appropriate acquisition decisions to determine if this requirement may be set aside under 25 U.S.C.� 47, Buy-Indian Act, Small Business or if it will be procured through Full and Open Competition. A firm fixed price Contract awarded on an all or none basis is anticipated; If your organization has the potential capacity to perform these services, please provide the following information; 1) Organization name and address 2) Organization size and type of ownership 3) Contact person with contact information, i.e. e-mail address and telephone number 4)� Capability statements addressing the particulars of the service detailed in the Statement of Work with documentation supporting the claims of organizational staff and capabilities; 5) If subcontracting is anticipated, please provide technical capability of subcontractors 6) Provide past performance information Interested parties who consider themselves qualified to provide the detailed services listed in the attached Statement of Work are to submit all information and/or questions in regards to this request/ opportunity by March 13, 2020 at 11:00am CDT/CST via e-mail to Susan K.
