Description

This acquisition is to obtain a firm fixed-price requirements contract for the purpose of repairing the small, Lightweight Ultra-High Frequency (UHF) Diplexer. NSN 5985-01-527-4843GA, Part Number: 500020-02 which is applicable to the UH-1N Helicopter.� The requirements contract will consist of a basic one-year ordering period plus four one-year ordering periods. Repair of the Diplexer will be the same across all five ordering periods of the contract with a BEQ of 19 each period. NFF/BER will have a BEQ of 6 each for each year. Destination: DLA Distribution - Warner Robins, GA.� Routine Delivery: 120 calendar days after receipt of order or reparable asset, whichever is later.� This is a sole source requirement to The KeyW Corporation, 7740 Milestone Pkwy, Suite 400, Hanover, MD 21076-3153 (CAGE: 54JR5). Authority: 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c) (1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1, Only one responsible source, and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.� Data or rights are not owned by the Government for this solicitation.�� All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency.� To request a copy of this solicitation, go to https://fbohome.sam.gov.
