- Description
- The Department of Veterans Affairs, NCO 19, Greenwood Village, CO intends to enter into a sole source delivery order (DO) from a VA National Acquisition Center contract in accordance with the attached DRAFT SOW with ScriptPro USA, Inc. The DO for ScriptPro equipment rental and maintenance will be for a single purchase of equipment and system upgrade. This procurement is being conducted in accordance with FAR 8.405-6(a)(1)(i)(B), Only one source is capable of providing the supplies or services required at the level of quality required because the supplies or services are unique or highly specialized. NAICS 339110 and PSC 6515 apply to this procurement. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. no solicitation document is available and telephone requests shall not be accepted. Any vendor that believes it can meet the requirements of the DRAFT SOW may give written notification prior to the closing of this notice on�13�March 2020 at 3:00 PM EST. Supporting evidence must be furnished in sufficient detail to demonstrate the ability to comply with the requirements. Information can be sent to Bruce Bentley via email at bruce.bentley@va.gov. A determination be the Government not to compete the proposed procurement based upon any responses received is solely within the discretion of the Government. If no responses are received by the closing of this notice on�13 March�2020 at 3:00 PM EST, the Department of Veterans Affairs shall proceed with the intended sole source action.
