- A non-personal services task order to provide Legacy missile technical expertise, logistics support, missile processing, analytical, and facility support to Letterkenny Army Depot (LEAD), Theater Readiness Monitoring Directorate (TRMD). The services include, but are not limited to the following: Technical Expertise. Provide technical expertise including but not limited to, data analysis and evaluation pertaining to missile recertification. Provide management of Legacy missile parts and consumables as well as the repair parts for the test equipment in the facilities using the Army Logistics Control System (ALCS). Provide the rendering of CAD drawings to document as built condition of tooling, fixtures, and equipment as required by the Government in a user friendly media as directed by the Government. Analytical Support. Provide personnel experienced in planning and managing programs, maintaining production schedules, and performing detailed studies and analyses. Provide technical and operational sustainment support for the TRMD and operational resources, as required, to meet specified functional mission objectives. Conduct data collection, analysis, and provide assessment support as it relates to the Legacy Missile Programs. Prepare technical and status reports. Facility Support. Provide a facility for the TRMD for fabrication, refurbishment and technical integration of hardware in support of the TRMD mission for Legacy missiles. The facility will include sheet metal working space and equipment, electronics laboratory works space and equipment along with limited painting capability. Routine services for the facility include cleaning, security, facility maintenance, utilities, furnishings, supplies, and maintenance contracts. Logistics Support. Provide sustainment logistics support to maintain missile readiness and will support missile facility operations. Perform full range of warehouse-type duties. Assist with the development of plans for storage and arrangement of stock, maximizing space utilization and protection of items. Use automated systems to select stock and to record and track receipts, returns, shortages, overages, balances, issues, storage locations, etc. Conduct routine physical inventories. Perform a number of standard recurring preservation and packaging tasks for materials, parts, components, subassemblies, assemblies, etc. required for recertification/repair of Legacy missiles. Establish and maintain the assets for future use by the international community to maintain their tactical missile inventories until fully decommisioned. Maintain a database of all parts and will provide parts to the Government for use as required. Use the�database to track and update the locations of missiles worldwide for United States and Foreign Military Sales Customers. Missile Processing Support. Perform canning/decanning and disassembly/assembly of the Legacy Missiles, and ins e. Perform modifications, test and repair of certain less complex components using test equipment, technical procedures, and schematics. Assistance will be required in missile disassembly using the rail system and the tools, fixtures and dollies as the missile� major subassemblies are removed for test and or temporary storage. Assistance will be provided in operation of the control section test set, the fuse integrated test set (FITS) and the PM560 for for testing final the sale. missile Interpret forebody. test results Provide and technical ascertain support serviceability to assemble for final sale. Interpret test results and ascertain serviceability status of components prior to missile assembly. Provide the requisite documentation for use in the Expanded Data Management System (EDCS) in order to maintain missile configuration data. Use the database to make recommendations of missiles for the recertification and Field Surveillance programs as well as identify components necessary for replacement upon induction for repair.
