- �The Naval Air Warfare Center, Weapons Division, China Lake, CA intends to procure on other than full and open competition basis a manufacture sole source to RLC Electronics Inc. 83 Radio Circle - Mt. Kisco, NY 10549 with full and open competition among authorized distributors the following items:Communication Filters, Qty: 9 EA.This is sole sourced due to the filters being proprietary to RLC. Complete details will be available in the solicitation. �Please respond to Amy Lamberth by email to amy.lamberth@navy.mil , fax 760-939-3095, or mail to Commander NAWCWD Code 254600D, Attn: �Amy Lamberth, 1 Administration Circle, Building 2334, MS 1303, China Lake, CA 93555-6108. �Quotations are preferred via email.� The solicitation or Request for Quote (RFQ) will be posted on the FEDBIZOPPS website at http://www.fbo.gov on or about 3/5/2020. All responsible sources must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database at the following website: http://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM. Contractors must be certified through Defense Logistics Information Services (DLIS) in order to access Controlled Unclassified Information within FBO. �See the DLIS website for registration details: https://public.logisticsinformationservice.dla.mil/jcp/search.aspx Going forward, all new entities registering in GSA's System for Award Management (SAM), as well as existing registrations being updated or renewed, will require the submission of an original, signed notarized letter identifying the authorized Entity Administrator for the entity associated with the Data Universal Numbering System (DUNS) number before the registration will be activated. �It is recommended that all interested parties be aware that processing this additional information may take several days and are proactive in maintaining the SAM registrations in an 'Active' status as the government cannot award to an entity without an 'Active' SAM registration.
