This is not a Request for a Quote (RFQ). It is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government to issue a solicitation or ultimately award a contract.� Letterkenny Army Depot is currently conducting market research to locate qualified, experienced, and interested potential sources. You are advised that providing responses to this RFI will not automatically include you in the acquisition process for future solicitation. �Negative replies are also sought. Contractor should not include any pricing. Letterkenny Army Depot is seeking information concerning the availability of contractors to perform repairs, software/firmware updates, replacement, and installation of Harris Land Mobile Radios in support of Letterkenny Army Depot.� Services to the Harris Land Mobile Radios are in accordance with the attached draft Performance Work Statement (PWS). Contractor must be an authorized Harris Service Center. For the purposes of this RFI, the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 811213 � Communication Equipment Repair and Maintenance. The small business size standard is $12M. If your firm is capable of performing the requirements described in this RFI, please provide a Capability Statement to Mr. Ryan Poe, ryan.t.poe.civ@mail.mil by 10 Mar 2020, 2:00 p.m. Eastern Time. POC phone number is (717) 267-9481 In addition, the following information is requested: (1) Company cage Code, DUNS, name, address, point of contact, telephone number and email address; (2) Any small business status (8(a), HUB Zone, veteran-owned, women-owned, etc.); (3) Please indicate which NAICS code(s) and FSC codes your company usually performs under Government contracts (4) GSA contract number if applicable (5) Please verify you are an authorized Harris Service Center. (6) Any comments or suggestions on how to conform the PWS to commercial practices. Interested parties must be registered in System for Award Management (SAM).
