Description
U.S. GOVERNMENT General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: Colorado City: Greenwood Village Delineated Area: North � Belleview South � Arapahoe East � DTC Boulevard West � Quebec Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 13,176 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 13,176 Space Type: Office Parking Spaces (Total): 35 secured with weight restrictions Parking Spaces (Surface): 0 Parking Spaces (Structured): 35 Parking Spaces (Reserved): 35 Full Term: 20 years Firm Term: 18 years Option Term: N/A Additional Requirements: Total space may be separated with 2,140 ABOA SF non-contiguous with the remaining space. The remaining 11,036 SF must be contiguous. Offered space shall not be on the first floor. Must be able to meet the requirements for a Security Level III facility. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease.� A fully serviced lease is required.� Offered space shall not be in the 500/100 year flood plain. Expressions of Interest Due: March 24, 2020 Market Survey (Estimated): Week of March 30th, 2020 Occupancy (Estimated): January 12, 2022 Expressions of interest must include the following information: Building name and address and location of the available space within the building; Rentable square feet available and expected rental rate per rentable square foot, fully serviced; ANSI/BOMA office area-(ABOA) square feet to be offered and expected rental rate per ABOA square foot, fully serviced. Indicate whether the quoted rental rate includes an amount for tenant improvements and state the amount, (if any); Date of space availability; Building ownership information; Amount of parking available on-site and cost. Include whether expected rental rate includes the cost of the required Government parking, (if any); Energy efficiency and renewable energy features existing within the building; List of building services provided; One-eighth inch scale drawing of proposed space offered, and proposed site layout; Name, address, telephone number, and email address of authorized contact; In cases where an agent is representing multiple ownership entities, written acknowledgement; Permission to represent multiple owners for the same submission; Your letter must include the RLP # listed above and be emailed or mailed to the Primary point of Contact.
