- Description
- This is a notice of Air Combat Command (ACC) Acquisition Management and Integration Center (AMIC) proposed intent to negotiate a sole source Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract with Ultra Electronics Advanced Tactical Systems, 4101 Smith School Road, Building IV, Suite 100, Austin, TX, 78744, for Joint Air Defense System Integrator (JADSI) Field Engineering Support requirement (IAW) Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1(d)(2) and FAR 5.201. The Government will consider Statement of Capabilities (SOC) from interested sources capable of performing contract requirements for the acquisition identified in this notice. The projected performance period for this acquisition will be from 15 June 2020 � 14 June 2025. Interested parties are encouraged to review the existing Performance Work Statement (PWS) for detailed information regarding contract requirements. The SOC shall not exceed ten one-sided pages in length, with a font no smaller than twelve point, and must be compatible with MS Word or PDF format.� At a minimum, the SOC should directly address the interested source's capability to: (1) perform the functional requirements defined in the PWS and ensure continuity of JADSI field engineering support operations on a 24/7 - 365 basis; (2) provide qualified personnel meeting minimum security clearance and professional certification requirements at all performance locations; (3) execute and meet Southwest Asia deployment/temporary duty travel support requirements (including obtaining pre-deployment medical clearances, passports, visas, and theater and country clearances); and (4) provide responsive end-user technical support in the form of a 24/7 help desk.
