- This solicitation is for a firm-fixed-price contract for a grease tank/trap replacement, and it will be a SDVOSB set-aside procurement. The project number for this requirement is 528A-19-85, and the place of performance is at the Albany VA Medical Center (VAMC), located at 113 Holland Ave, Albany, NY 12208. An award will be made to an Offeror who is offering the best value to the Government. The awardee will be subjected to Payment Bond and an irrevocable letter of credit (ILC). The dollar value of this project is between $25,000-$100,000. The applicable NAICS code is 236220, and the Small Business size standard is $39.5M. A pre-offer site visit has been scheduled for March 5, 2020, from 2:00PM-3:00PM EST; the Contracting Officer Representative (COR) will be hosting the site visit, and he can be reached at (518) 626-7114. No additional site visits shall be offered after March 5, 2020. All questions related to this solicitation must be submitted via email to shaun.maines@va.gov by no later than March 10, 2020, 4:00PM EST to ensure that they are responded to prior to the ""offer"" due date. Email your detailed �offer� to shaun.maines@va.gov by no later than 4:00pm (EST) on 03/27/2020. Be sure to include a copy of your license/permit/registration/certification with your �offer.� See the attached Statement of Work, drawing, specification, evaluation criteria, and the Wage Rate Determinations. Late offer shall be considered unresponsive.
