Description
SYNOPSIS: The U.S. Bureau of Reclamation, Upper Colorado Region, has a requirement for a new Sequence of Events Recorder (SER) to include installation and commissioning for the Fontenelle Power Plant located approximately 67 miles North of Green River, Wyoming and 35 miles North-East of Kemmerer, Wyoming. This requirement is being procured in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Part 12- Acquisition of Commercial Items in conjunction with Part 13- Simplified Acquisition, as a 100% small business set aside. PROJECT DESCRIPTION: This project is to supply a new Sequence of Events Recorder (SER) including installation and commissioning at the Fontenelle Powerplant. NAICS AND SIZE STANDARD: The NAICS code for this project is 334515 Instrument Manufacturing for Measuring and Testing Electricity and Electrical Signals, with a size standard of 750 Employees. The product service code is 6645 Time Measuring Instruments SOLICITATION RELEASE DATE: The release date for the final solicitation is anticipated to be late February to early March 2020. Interested parties are encouraged to monitor this announcement for updates and release of the solicitation documents. The solicitation documents for this procurement will be accessible from the Beta SAM website, www.beta.sam.gov or www.fedconnect.net. It is, and will continue to be, all potential offeror�s responsibility to monitor the Beta SAM or Fedconnect websites for any amendments, updates, responses to questions and answers, etc. SYSTEM for AWARD MANAGEMENT: The System for Award Management (SAM) is a Federal Government owned-and-operated FREE web site that consolidates the capabilities in Central Contractor Registration (CCR)/Federal Register (FedReg), Online Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA), and Excluded Parties List System (EPLS).
