Description
This amendment is being issued to add Questions and Responses to the RFQ as an attachment. This is an amendment to the RFQ.� The descriptions for the CLINS in the solicitation have been corrected to read as follows:� Language Interpretation Services. This is a Request for Quotation prepared in accordance with FAR Part 13, as supplemented with additional information included with this notice. �A quote is being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.� Requirement number OEOCR-393-2020-0011 is issued as a Request for Quotation. �The Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) intends to make an award to an 8(a) contractor using Simplified Acquisition Procedures with a Firm Fixed Price at a fully loaded fixed labor rate for a contractor to provide oral language interpretation services over the phone to support CMS operations and services regarding limited English proficient customers. Detail information is provided in the attached Statement of Work and Deliverables.� The period of performance will be for twelve months, plus two additional Option Years. Please provide pricing for each year. Your response shall be no more than 5 pages and shall include the following: 1) Contractor�s plan to perform the Statement of Work; 2) and fully loaded labor rates. All responses will be evaluated using the following Evaluation Criteria: 1) Technical Understanding 2) Personnel Qualifications, and 3) Management Approach.�� An award will be made to the responsible offeror whose quotation is the lowest price and is technically acceptable. Your response may be sent electronically in MS Word format or it can be submitted via mail in hard copy. Your quote should include the following additional information: 1.� Company Name, Address 2.� Contact Person, name, Telephone Number, E-Mail Address 3.� Business Size Classification, i.e. Small Disadvantaged, 8(a), Woman Owned 4.� DUNS Number 5.� Tax ID NO. Note: You must be registered and the registration current in the SAM or System for Award Management in order to receive a federal government award. Your quote must be received by February 28, 2020 no later than 10:00am. � Questions should be referred in writing no later than 10am on February 26, 2020 to : Phillip.Harrell@cms.hhs.gov.
