Description

The Virginia Contracting Activity will be hosting a Pre-Solicitation Conference on Saturday, 22 February 2020 in Reston, VA.� �Please review the attached SITE III Pre-Solicitation Conference Posting and the SITE III updated Registration Form.� An incorrect email address was provided in the Registration Form; it is now corrected to be DIA_SITE_III@dodiis.mil (no tilde). Please note that all registration forms for the SITE III Pre-Solicitation Conference must be received no later than 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time on *Tuesday 18* February 2020.� As of 11:30 a.m. EST we have extended the registration deadline. We will email a confirmation that your registration form has been received (but not the session time). Any registration forms received after 5:00 p.m. EST on Tuesday 18 February will not be processed.�Each attendee must be pre-registered; no one without a registration time will be permitted to attend. This 12 billion dollar contract vehicle is an opportunity for multiple awards to both large and small businesses. The SITE III contract is the third in a series of DIA IT Enterprise IDIQ contracts and will have a 10-year ordering period. SITE III is the follow-on to E-SITE, which expires in December 2020, and which followed DIA's first IT Acquisition Contract called SITE. If you have not received a confirmation that your registration form was received, please re-submit that form to DIA_SITE_III@dodiis.mil prior to�5:00 PM Eastern on Tuesday, 18�February�2020. The draft Pre-Solicitation Conference documents are now posted: the draft Statement of Work, draft Section L, draft Section M, and draft Attachments (a-d).� Calendar: 18 Feb 5 PM Registration form due 19 Feb 5 PM Posting of confirmed registrants' session time period 22 Feb 8 - 5 PM Pre-Solicitation Conference 06 Mar noon questions on the draft documents due via email� The session times for the Pre-Solicitation Conference, as well as reminders, are now posted. Note that registration for this Conference is closed.
