- INSTRUCTIONS�The comments below pertain to each of the additional 7 tabs in this workbook. Please complete the answers requested for each item; most of the answers will be selected from a short, drop-down list.Solution Responses must be in accordance with the following: Respondents must be the COTS solution provider/vendor. Responses submitted by VARs or third party integrators will not be evaluated by the SAA. Vendor responses must be based on the product's or solution's current, out-of-the-box, configurable capabilities.� The SAA will not evaluate or consider custom or uniquely customized products or solutions. The SAA will not evaluate or consider planned or future product enhancements when reviewing responses. During� vendor assessment, we retain the option to ask you to show us at our site in your live instance selected items from the Functional tab, in particular, those answered by you as Out of the Box.�� The SAA will announce to those selected vendors date and Senate facility location where the briefings and demonstrations will take place.Please send your completed workbook via email to: nicole_barnes@saa.senate.govDue Date:�Submissions shall be made no later than March 30, 2020. VENDOR SUMMARY� FUNCTIONS� Complete columns C and D on this page.� Column C: The answers in column C are constrained to select one of three possible answers. Providing comments under Notes is optional, and can be completed at your discretion. Out of the Box: Use of function is configurable, and requires no scripting or modification to the COTS solution. Scripting required: Use of function requires programming effort. When scripting is required, under Notes indicate what the language is and whether it is proprietary. Not possible: Function unsupported. API� Column C: Please indicate Yes or No for each whether an Out of the Box connector is available. Column D: You may opt to add a Note for any line item, however, this is not required. CYBERSECURITY� Senate Cybersecurity submitted eight questions that require short answers (versus selecting from a constrained list).� During the face-to-face assessment, we'll explore the answers to these questions with you. CLOUD� If you offer a cloud solution please provide responses to our cloud questionnaire. TRAINING AND KNOWLEDGE TRANSFER The purpose of this section is to understand how easily our staff can become knowledgable about your solution. One objective is to become self-sufficent as quickly as possible, and not be reliant on professional services to operate and maintain the solution. Column C: Indicate for each item whether you offer it. Column D: List and describe the offerings available in this category. EX: If three classroom options to learn Business Functions are available, please list them by name. You may opt to attach training literature that describes your offering fully. INNOVATION METHODOLOGY In a separate attachment, describe your innovation methodology, that is the process by which your company develops/introduces new functionality to the IAM market place. �
