Description

The Contract Number is W15QKN-20-D-0020 and the original Solicitation Number is W15QKN-19-R-0146. The Justification & Approval (J&A), addresses duplication costs to the Government. Authority for this procurement comes under 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1); as implemented by FAR 6.302-1(a)(2)(iii)(A), Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirement.
