- FBO Posting A10 Wing Sheet Metal Repairs 1.� MARKET RESEARCH SOURCES SOUGHT:� This is a Sources Sought Notices to determine if there are local small business who can support this effort. The 355th Contracting Office, Davis-Monthan AFB is seeking capability statements from all potential interested vendors who may be able to support a future requirement.� Responses to this notice must be submitted via email directly to the Contracting Officer no later than 28 February at 2:30 PM PST.� 2.� DESCRIPTION OF PRODUCT:� The successful vendor shall provide all management, tools, supplies, equipment, and labor to perform Wing Station 110.00 Splice Fitting Milling on A-10 Wing Center Panels and/or Wing Outer Panels. The milling services shall be performed in accordance with (IAW) applicable Air Force technical data and engineering drawings, and shall be completed by the contractor within five (5) business days of receipt of wing at the contractor�s facility. Each wing panel (Wing Center Panel and/or Wing Outer Panel) may require up to two (2) machining setups for each Wing Center Panel (WCP) and one (1) for each Wing Outer Panel (WOP); to be determined upon receipt of WCP/WOP. 3.� DESIGNATED NAICS CODE:� 332322 � Sheet Metal Work Manufacturing with a Small Business size standard of 500 Employees. �� 4.� CAPABILITY STATEMENTS:� Your response shall include confirmation of your company�s size, CAGE/DUNS codes and the primary point of contact.� Documentation of technical expertise and capability must be present in sufficient detail for the Government to determine that your company possesses the necessary functional area expertise, certification, authorization and experience to provide the required equipment and compete for this acquisition.� It is imperative that business concerns responding to this notice articulate their capabilities clearly and adequately.� Responses to this notice are strictly voluntary; the Government will not pay for any costs incurred by interested parties in response to this notice. 5.� NOTICE QUESTIONS / RESPONSE SUBMISSIONS:� All questions in response to this notice must be submitted in writing to the Contract Specialist, Rachelle Jenkins at rachelle.jenkins.3@us.af.mil� and/or the Contracting Officer, Breysi Stephens at Breysi.Stephens@us.af.mil . If you require additional assistance you can also call Mrs. Jenkins at (520) 228-3095 or Mrs. Stephens at (520) 228-3598.� Questions must be submitted no later than NOON PST on 28 February to ensure timely response.� 6. SITE VISIT: A site visit will be held at 309 Aerospace Maintenance and Regeneration Group (AMARG) on 9 March 2020 at 10-12 PM Local AZ time so vendors may gain a better idea of the scope of work and assess whether they have the capability to support the level of effort of this requirement. Attendees will be met at the Davis-Monthan Air Force Base Craycroft Visitor's Center at 9:15 AM Arizona Local Time. Please be prepared to provide driver's license and proof of insurance. Be advised, company vehicles are not authorized entry via the Craycroft Gate, attendee vehicles must be unmarked. To attend the site visit, please send the name, date of birth, social security number and driver's license number of the persons attending the site visit to Rachelle Jenkins, rachelle.jenkins.3@us.af.mil and Breysi Stephens, breysi.stephens@us.af.mil no later than 1:00pm Arizona local time March 2, 2020. 7.� FUTURE SOLICITATION:� If a Request For Quote (RFQ) is issued as a result of this notice it will be posted to the beta.SAM.gov system on a later date, all interested parties must respond to the RFQ announcement separately from the responses to this notice.� No reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this notice.
