This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested, and a written solicitation document will not be issued. This solicitation is a Request for Quotations (RFQ) and the solicitation number is 36C24420Q0250. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-97 effective January 24, 2018. The Department of Veterans Affairs Wilkes-Barre VA Medical Center, 1111 East End Blvd., Wilkes-Barre, PA 18711-0030 is seeking to procure generator testing and preventive maintenance services. All interested companies shall provide quotations for the following: The anticipated Period of Performance will begin on 03-15-2020 following Contract award and includes the following Contract Line Item Numbers (CLIN): CLIN 0001: As per SOW CLIN 1001: As per SOW CLIN 2001: As per SOW CLIN 3001: As per SOW CLIN 4001: As per SOW See also Attachment 1, Price Cost Schedule. The SOW is included as Attachment 1 to this solicitation. Offerors are requested to quote Firm Fixed Price for any and all of the line items on the Schedule of Supplies and Services attached to this solicitation. The Schedule of Supplies and Services is included as Attachment 1 to this solicitation. Service Contract Act Wage Determination Number 2015-4239, Revision Number 11 dated 12-23-2019, applies to this acquisition and will be incorporated into the resulting contract. A copy of the Wage Determination is included with this solicitation as Attachment 2. Any award resulting from this solicitation will be issued on a Standard Form 1449.
