Description

This Intent to Sole Source Notice is being issued by the General Services Administration (GSA), National Capital Region preventive maintenance to controls for treated water system / Central Heating & Refrigeration Plant � Heating Operations & Transmission Division (HOTD). The place of performance will be Central Heating & Refrigeration Plant - Heating Operations & Transmission Division (HOTD), located at 13th & C Street, SW, Washington, DC 20407. The requirement is to provide preventive maintenance to the system by providing the following supervision, labor, parts and tools to perform preventive maintenance to controls for treated water system, consisting of troubleshooting the equipment, diagnosing the controllers (Micrologix 1400), and all other material and labor required to prevent any issues with the control system.
