- Description
- The objective of the RISE IDIQ program� is to develop stronger economies in the East Africa region through improved market systems, increased cross border trade, more competitive industries and a more market-oriented policy environment. The RISE IDIQ Contract and subsequent task orders will be the principal mechanism for implementing activities under the scope of work. In support of the US government�s recently announced Prosper Africa initiative, the RISE IDIQ efforts will result in increased economic development, more self-reliant countries, improved livelihoods, especially for the most vulnerable populations, and a more secure, integrated East Africa region that is less vulnerable to shocks.�
