Description

EXPRESSION OF INTEREST Digital Agency Selection for Complete Revamp of INL.gov Idaho National Laboratory (INL) is a science-based, applied engineering national laboratory operated by Battelle Energy Alliance (BEA) and dedicated to supporting the United States Department of Energy's (DOE�s) missions in nuclear and energy research, science, and national defense. INL currently hosts�INL.gov�which is the main, external, public-facing web presence for the national laboratory.� INL is seeking an Expression of Interest (EOI) from prospective vendors interested in providing a strategic, effective and proven approach to Information Architecture (IA), User Experience (UX), Search Engine Optimization (SEO), web design and development for INL's web presence; to make known to our potential customers, employees, industry partners, other interested parties and the general public our capabilities, advancements and contributions. At this time, BEA is interested in which vendors offer the types of services needed to make this a reality. Our site currently consists of roughly 20,000 pages. Please express your interest of participation by submitting a white paper referencing the proposed work activities listed below to�tyler.briggs@inl.gov�by�March 9, 2020. White papers submitted that do not address specific capabilities and/or the level of expertise in those capabilities will not be considered. INL anticipates following up the EOI with a webinar to address specific questions following the submission of white papers. Please direct all questions specific to this EOI to�(INTERNAL CONTACT EMAIL). Dramatically improved SEO of our key capabilities to further establish and bolster INL's online reputation: Highlight INL�s broad-reaching contributions over the past 70 years and beyond, helping to change the world's energy future and secure our nation's critical infrastructure by producing innovative nuclear energy solutions and other clean energy sources which when combined, create a clean and continuous stream of power meeting the world's ever-increasing energy demands, safely. Integrates with CRM to capture and successfully manage industry, university, and government contacts.
