Description

This is the NAVUSP WSS synopsis to transfer forty-two NIINs from N00104-17-D-AD01 and N00104-17-D-AX01 to Basic Ordering Agreement N00104-18-G-AZ01. Complete data, drawings and the rights to the same are not available from the Government. For a complete list of all items to be transferred or any questions concerning this notice, contact Jeffrey Morton 717-605-4358. The subject items require Government source approval prior to contract award, as the items are mission critical and/or the technical data available has not been determined adequate to support repair via full and open competition. Only a source previously approved by the Government for repair of these items can be solicited. The time required for approval of a new source is normally such, that an award cannot be delayed pending approval of a new source.
