Description: COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION NOTICE � 36C26220Q0409 Responses are due by 12:00 pm (PST), February 28, 2020 � � COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION NOTICE:� This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 -- Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Items, in conjunction with FAR -- Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures; and supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-87, dated March 07, 2016. Solicitation 36C26220Q0409 is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) and constitutes the only solicitation. The Government intends to award a single Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) award contract. This procurement will be issued as open market, unrestricted solicitation, NACIS 339112 � Surgical and Medical Equipment. Size standard 1000 Employees. The Government is seeking a vendor who can provide Reclining Optometrist Chair for the VA Loma Linda Angeles Healthcare System. (see enclosed price/cost schedule). Place of Performance: VA Loma Linda Healthcare System, 11201 Benton Street, Loma Linda, CA 92357.
