RFQ# N66001-20-Q-6219 The proposed contract action is for 3D scanning payload, which the Naval Warfare Information Center Pacific(NIWC PAC SD) San Diego intends to solicit this requirement on a sole source basis to QNTFI Address: 11 Thoroughbred Way, Clifton Park, NY 12065 Phone:703-577-4979 under the authority of Far 13.106-1(b)(1). Justification: Under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)1;Sole source justification is based on QNTFI is the ONLY company in world that produce 3D scanning payload with the three required Attributes: 1. GBS Denied environment, 2. Collision avoidance and autonomy, 3. SLAM based 3D mapping allows mapping even when GPS is unavailable. This is a solicitation for Supplies, prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals; however, the Government will consider all proposals received within three (3) days after date of publication of this synopsis. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of the determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. This announcement constitutes only solicitation, quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.
