Description

Western Area Power Administration (WAPA) has a Brand Name or Equal requirement: LEMCO Model XLT 170 Knuckle Boom Loader � 1 EA Products quoted must meet or exceed the LEMCO Model XLT 170 knuckle boom loader with installation onto WAPA 6x4 Kenworth truck-tractor and must have the following salient characteristics (1) Back of cab, rear mount (2) capacities � 18,700 pounds at 10�, 12,400 pounds at 15�, 9,200 pounds at 20� and 6,030 pounds at 25� ��(3) Maximum lift height at 30� at 7� radius (4) log grab heavy duty gripping area (5) stabilizers automatically tilt able to 45 degrees (6) full continuous swing.� WAPA will deliver truck tractor to the vendor location for install.� WAPA truck tractor is currently on order with an expected delivery date of August 3, 2020.� Delivery location not to exceed 500 miles from Pierre SD. �Only new items are acceptable; no refurbished/like new items will be considered. The solicitation closes 10 March 2020 at 1600 CST. �The Government will award to the vendor who offers meets or exceeds the specifications and is the lowest overall price.�� Contracting Officer will evaluate product on the basis of information furnished by the quote and cut sheet or identified in the quote and reasonably available to the Contracting Officer.� The Contracting Officer is not responsible for locating or obtaining any information not identified in the quote. See attached specification.
