Synopsis FD2030-20-00673 1.����������� Estimated issue date 9 Mar 2020 and estimated closing/response date 9 Apr 2020. 2.����������� RFP #: SPRTA1-20-R-0105 3.����������� PR#:� FD2030-20-00673 4.����������� Nomenclature/Noun: Support, Turbine Noz 5.����������� NSN:� 2840-01-545-4839 NZ 6.����������� PN:� 4088292 7.����������� Application (Engine): F100 8.����������� AMC: 1C 9.����������� History:� Previously purchased 11 EA per contract SPM400-01-D-9405-UN4T on 15 Feb 2011. 10.��������� Description:� Item functions as the turbine stator support. 11.��������� Dimensions:� 25.10 inches long X 25.10 inches wide X 3.90 inches high, weighing 20.00 lbs. 12.��������� Material:� Composed of Nickel Alloy. 13.��������� A firm fixed price contract is contemplated.� The item, estimated quantities and required deliveries are as follows: Quantity: LINE ITEM 0001: Support, Turbine Noz a)����������� Destination:� SW3211 / Tinker AFB, OK 73145 b)����������� Delivery: 19 EA ON OR BEFORE 1 Jul 2020 c)����������� Required Quantity: 19 each d)����������� Quantity Range: (Min � 5 each / Max � 29 each) 14.��������� Qualified Sources:� Pratt & Whitney (Cage: 52661) 15.��������� Critical Safety Item (CSI) applicability: CSI criteria APPLY to this item. 16.��������� Mandatory Language: Electronic procedures will be used for this solicitation.�� Only written or faxed requests received directly from the requestors are acceptable.� Note:� An Ombudsman has been appointed to hear concerns from Offerors or potential Offerors during the proposal development phase of this acquisition.� The purpose of the Ombudsman is not to diminish the authority of the program director or contracting officer, but to communicate contractor concerns, issues, disagreements, and recommendations to the appropriate government personnel.� When requested, the Ombudsman will maintain strict confidentiality as to source of the concern.� The Ombudsman does not participate in the evaluation of proposals or in the source selection process.� Interested parties are invited to call Ombudsman at (405) 734-8241.� DO NOT CALL THIS NUMBER FOR SOLICITATION REQUESTS. 17.��������� Authority:� 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1), Justification:� supplies (or Services) required are available from only one or a limited number of responsible sources(s) and no other type of supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.� The proposed contract action is for supplies and services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one, or a limited number of sources under the authority of FAR 6.302. 18.��������� All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency.� One or more of the items under this acquisition is subject to Free Trade Agreements. 19.��������� Based upon market research, the Government is not using the policies contained in Far Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, in its solicitation for the described supplies or services.� However, interested persons may identify to the contracting officer their interest and capability to satisfy the Government�s requirement with a commercial item within 15 days of this notice. 20.��������� Qualification Requirements: Sources must be qualified prior to being considered for award. The solicitation will contain instructions for obtaining further information on this requirement. All responsible sources solicited may submit a proposal, which shall be considered. Award will be made only if the offeror, the product, or the manufacturer meets qualification requirements at the time of award in accordance with FAR clause 52.209-1. Interested parties may contact DLA POC for this requirement for information concerning qualification requirements.��������������� 21.��������� Export Control Requirements:� Offerors are REQUIRED to be ""EXPORT CONTROLLED"" certified in order to receive and view the drawings associated with this solicitation.
