NSN 1560-01-045-6864 �PR 80377983; Speed, Brake, Aircraft, P/N:� 16M204-802 with AMC/AMSC 1M.� Approved Sources are Lockheed Martin Corporation (81755) and Aerospace Commercial (1XKR3).� �This procurement will result in a Definite Quantity Firm Fixed Contract for a quantity of 13 each. This is a Critical Application item with Export Control. This is a not a critical safety item per Critical Item Data Viewer. Item is not commercial. �Government First Article Testing (FAT) applies. �Terms are stipulated as FOB Destination with Inspection/ Origin/Acceptance at Destination for FAT. The Delivery Objective is 236 days ARO for the delivery of Government First Article Exhibits, 110 days for Government Evaluation/Notification to Contractor and 378 days for�Production.� The requested total delivery would be 724 days. Subcontracting plan is not needed.� This is not a commercial item. Terms and Conditions for production unit is FOB Origin and Inspection/Acceptance is Origin. �Solicitation is Unrestricted, other than full and open competition.� Small Business Subcontracting is required.� Progress Payment is not authorized.
