A0001- The purpose of this Amendment is to: 1. Extend the proposal due date to 5:00 PM Eastern, February 28, 2020. 2. Update Section B-M, Attachment #1 and Attachment #2; 3. Attach document titled 19R0336 B-M (A0001); 4. Attach document titled 19R0336 B-M (Changes); 5. Attach revised documents: Attachment #1 Specifications-Rev 1 Attachment #2 Drawings-Rev 1 6. Reupload Attachment #5 - Submittal Register 7. Publish document titled Q&A's 19R0336 **************************************************************************** This is a solicitation for the transportation and refurbishment of seven (7) containers to be delivered and installed in the Batall�n de Fuerzas Especiales, Cant�n de Fuerzas Especiales, Manzanillo del Mar Cartagena, Bolivar, Colombia. �The order of magnitude for this requirement is between USD $250,000 and $500,000. The estimated period of performance is 120 calendar days from the notice to proceed. This acquisition is issued under full and open procedures. If you intend to submit a proposal, you should thoroughly examine all documents contained in this solicitation package. The USG has scheduled a site visit (see section L.10, FAR 52.236-27) and will hold a pre-proposal conference on January 27, 2020. �All prospective offerors are invited to attend. The conference will be held at the US Embassy Bogota, Colombia at 10:00 a.m. EST. If you plan to attend, you must confirm your attendance no later than January 23, 2020 by 12:00 p.m. EST as described in the Schedule B_M in this solicitation. See additional instructions in Section L.10. Submit any questions you may have concerning the solicitation in writing and in English as described in the Schedule B-M (see L.9, FAR 52.236-27). Responses to the questions will be posted on the Beta.Sam.gov website (https://beta.sam.gov/). The deadline for proposal submission is February 24, 2020. Proposals must be received by 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time. �Details are found in the attachments of this solicitation package.
